TPM Monitoring rules


A TPM Monitor receives all email notifications from helpdesk@ggus.org about all traffic related to GGUS tickets.

Messages to open and follow the link to the ticket's web page:
GGUS-Ticket-ID: #xxxxx  SUBMITTED	[problem description]
They all should:
	1. pass to status ASSIGNED in less than one hour (within reason)
	2. be assigned to the correct Support Unit (SU)	

GGUS-Ticket-ID: #wwwww  UPDATE for TPM  [problem description]
The tickets that change several SUs have most probably been assigned to 
wrong SUs, so they should be individually observed, modified and noted.

Messages to ignore:
GGUS-Ticket-ID: #yyyyy  CE failure	[more details from the CERN site]
GGUS-Ticket-ID: #zzzzz  ASSIGNED	[problem description]  

Maria will be checking tickets submitted Mondays and Wednesdays, after 4pm Geneva time
and Tuesdays and Thursdays all day.
