Open and click to zoom-in
In this period 3 problematic cases were identified out of a total of 16 submitted tickets:
GGUS ticket #20255 was assigned to the right SU (NE ROC) but nothing happened since March 29th despite
its classification as "Top priority". This is not a TPM but a ROC problem.
GGUS ticket #20256 was assigned to the right SU (French ROC) but nothing happened since March 29th despite
its classification as "Top priority". This is not a TPM but a ROC problem.
GGUS ticket #20273 was assigned to the right SU (DECH ROC) but the submitter doesn't react since March 29th despite
its classification as "Very urgent". This is not a TPM but a user problem. Maria follows-up with VO.

Notes from Diana:
- report will include in the future statistics of the time to assignment from the TPM
There were two tickets that were wrongly assigned:
- TPMs should refer to the GOCDB to identify a site (ticket 20091 assigned to ROC Italy instead of ROC NE)
- USCMS confusion (ticket 20170)
