Notes from the User Support discussion in the LHCb PASTE meeting of Tuesday 15th 2007

• Item 1.LHCb VO User Support ( M.Dimou ) in the minutes
• Discussion on the membership of the lhcb--grid-support@cern.ch concluded that the members are correct, necessary and sufficient.
• As an answer to an invitation to come or connect to the next ESC meeting (with GGUS, ROC and Grid Deployment participation) on May 24th at 11am all experiment participants preferred Maria to represent the VO and relay back any issues via the PASTE meeting and Roberto Santinelli (EIS).
• To do an old ticket clean-up exercise to better focus on present cases open LHCb tickets' list some 'Support Staff' privileges should be given to lhcb-grid-support members. Maria will organise this in the following way:
  1. For the near future, communicate the DNs of lhcb-grid-support members to ggus supporters to obtain 'Support Staff' privileges.
  2. Follow-up with ggus supporters and other VOs the VOMS-GGUS interaction feasibility. Savannah ticket on this issue.
• Joel reported that even when a comment is entered by the supporters in a GGUS ticket, this doesn't change its status appropriately. Savannah ticket on this issue.
