Is your personal certificate loaded on your browser?
If not, follow the instructions:

Are you a member of the CMS VO? If you see your DN in this list, the 
answer is "yes":

If not, please register, instructions in:

This last link doesn't work at this moment but the URL is correct
and Andrea Sciaba' will check what happened.
