Dear All,
I have received no comments from you on the http://cern.ch/dimou/lcg/UserSupport/cms/2007-03-12 meeting notes.
I completed 'Action 1' in this report so now Kati, is now an owner of the mailing list cms-grid-support.
Kati, please open http://simba.cern.ch to remove the irrelevant members like the G.Gatto Rotondo etc, if they do no CMS support.
I would like to know how you all feel about the "Appendix". I just added
http://dashboard.cern.ch/cms/ that I found impressive.
Do the CMS "1st line" supporters know and use these tools before
deciding there is a grid problem for submission to GGUS?
Would it be useful to put them all together on a page like
http://goc.grid.sinica.edu.tw/gocwiki/User_FAQ ?
Please advise.
As promised, I selected 'cms' 'open' tickets to see which cases take time to be solved.
There are 19 open cases now:

GGUS tickets for CMS on 22/3/2007
The most recent cases don't worry me.
. Ticket 20001 (user de Mattia) is assigned to the right ROC without
delay.
. Ticket 19875 (user de Mattia) is waiting for action from the user.
. Tickets 19826 and 19822 (user Marco C.) are waiting for action (the
JDL) from Marco.
. Ticket 19423 (user Nicola de Filippis) is waiting for action from
the user.
. Ticket 16333 (user Stefan Kasselmann) is so old (2006-12-05!!) that
should probably be closed but I am waiting for Daniele's solution in the
ticket as we decided the submitter should *consent* before we close the
ticket.
We have to clean these cases in order to have a clean picture of cases
to investigate in the coming weeks.
It would be useful for me if CMS supporters like Marco, Nicola and
Daniele put the reply in their own ticket when this is possible.
Thank you very much.
