Dear All,

thank you very much for accepting me in today's meeting. Here are my
notes. They all contain actions :-( :

1. Guido or Dario, as owners of the mailing list
atlas-grid-support@cern.ch , edit the current membership which can be
seen from http://simba.cern.ch and
http://egee-docs.web.cern.ch/egee-docs%5Csupport%5Cmail_lists%5Catlas-grid-support.txt

2. In order to decide on the right membership of the above list, Kors
should put the item "Review of the Atlas User Support model" in the
Atlas Operations' meeting
http://indico.cern.ch/categoryDisplay.py?categId=659 agenda a.s.a.p.
It would be valuable for my understanding of your internal structure
to be invited to this specific meeting.

3. Depending on the outcome of the 'support model' discussion (point 2
above) please, relevant atlas supporters, review and give us feedback
on
the links from https://gus.fzk.de/pages/info_for_supporters.php

4. To give us your comments, you are invited to come or connect to the
next ESC meeting (with GGUS, ROC and Grid Deployment participation) on
May 24th at 11am http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=7186
Please tell us if/who will come, to update the agenda.

6. Do an old ticket clean-up exercise to better focus on present cases.

Go to your VO from
https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/LCG/VoUserSupport#Open_ticket_review_per_VO
I am happy to help, if I can collaborate with an Atlas 1st-line
supporter, to evaluate the relevance of tickets as old as June 2006.
They seem obsolete but one shouldn't assume it is OK to close them just

because they are old.

7. Sanjay reminded that GGUS tickets classified "very urgent" still
take
a day. This is a discussion item for the ESC meeting. Via mutual
periodic participation the ATLAS Task Force and the ESC meetings we
should identify areas where support is unsatisfactory.

8. All Task Force members, please send me comments on
https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki//bin/view/LCG/VoUserSupport in order to
improve LHC Experiment VO User Support practices a.s.a.p.

Thanks again for your availability and kind regards

maria
