When they comment in the ticket they are not the right support channel their own ROC and the TPMs do nothing. When Maria reported this to the ROC managers' meeting, the decision was for the ESC to prepare a questionnaire aiming to help resolving communication problems between ROCs and Grid sites. Jan took the action to produce the first draft. 02 User Forum in February 2008 - Torsten submitted an abstract for a poster and Maria one for a presentation. They are linked from the agenda. By the time these notes are published both abstracts have been approved. 03 Implementing a knowledgebase in GGUS - Guenter Guenter explained that some problems are closed without a full solution because supporter-submitter agreed offline or because the comments say it all. We decided this is a supporters' education issue and we should ask the ROC managers to remind their supporters. 04 GGUS and ITIL - Alistair Alistair being absent, this was not discussed. 05 Maria's draft SLA for TPMs The document was linked from the agenda. Maria has the action to prepare a new version based on comments received in email by G.Grein, A.Mills and J.Shade. Then, the ESC will discuss it again. 193.03 - Actions from ESC(192) - Maria See below. 193.04-193.10 - Report from WP1-WP7: Alistair was absent. The other WG responsibles had nothing to report.
