The agenda: 1. Make the documentation on GGUS more useful. My proposal for your input: https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/LCG/VoUserSupport#Documentation_review GGUS developers already changed what appears as action on them. 2. Consequences of the major GGUS6.0 release of 29/11/07 with new ticket states introduction. 3. New GGUS ticket submission form (with your comments incorporated) planned for the December GGUS release. Discuss it to finalise it. Details and prototype in: https://savannah.cern.ch/support/index.php?102127 4. CIC VO-ID enhancements for use by the sites when configuring your VO. 5. Discussion on gLite release information for end-users. This is a very important issue for the Grid Deployment team and was discussed on Oct. 11th ESC meeting http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=16522 with representation from Atlas only. 6.
